Maia Caridade

Maia Caridade is a Senior Procurement Operations Specialist at FARFETCH since March 2023, focusing on procurement procedures and issue resolution related to the Coupa system, as well as standardizing reports for process optimization. Previously, Maia served as a Procurement Operations Analyst at Accenture from December 2021 to March 2023, validating procurement processes for a multinational project across 14 LATAM countries and collaborating with stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives. Before that, Maia worked as a Procurement Analyst at Knauf do Brasil (September 2019 - December 2021), managing supplier relationships and overseeing procurement processes to enhance supply chain performance. Maia began a career in procurement as an intern at Knauf do Brasil, also gaining experience as an International Freight Trainee at Pentagon Freight Services in 2019. Maia holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and is currently pursuing a specialization in Fashion Business at FAAP.
