Amber Labelle

Amber LaBelle has extensive experience in benefits management, currently serving as Benefits Manager at Farm Credit Foundations since May 2016, following roles as Benefits Supervisor and Senior Benefits Specialist within the same organization. Previously, Amber held the position of Senior Benefits Administrator at Land O'Lakes from July 2012 to April 2016, and has worked as a Benefit Specialist at Gallagher Benefit Services. Initial career experience includes an Account Manager role at UnitedHealth Group, where Amber was involved in both OptumHealth Financial Services and UnitedHealthcare. Earlier positions also include Event Coordinator/Assistant Manager at Northern Lights Ballroom and an Account Manager position at Arges Group. Amber LaBelle holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a focus on Human Relations from St. Cloud State University.
