Taylor Spangler

Taylor Spangler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, customer education, and financial education program coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Feathr since January 2019, Taylor focuses on building employee training programs, facilitating change management, and assessing training effectiveness. Previous roles at Feathr include Director of Customer Education, where Taylor significantly increased customer course registrations, and Customer Onboarding, Training, and Enablement Lead. Before joining Feathr, Taylor worked at the University of Florida in various positions, including FCS Extension Program Coordinator and Florida Master Money Mentor State Coordinator, managing financial education initiatives and coordinating programs. Taylor holds two degrees from the University of Florida, including a Master's in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences.
