Chester Brock

Chester Brock, SPHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management across various industries. Currently serving as the HR Director for the Central Region at the Department of Transportation - FAA since September 2018, Brock has previously held significant roles such as Manager of Employment Services at the Federal Aviation Administration and Director of Human Resources at Kerry Ingredients. With early career roles including Diversity Manager at Aquila and Senior Human Resources Manager at H&R Block, Brock has a strong background in employee relations, talent management, and diversity initiatives. Brock holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Truman State University.
