Elliot Lowenstein

Elliot Lowenstein is an experienced attorney with a robust background in federal communications and corporate law. Currently serving as an Attorney-Investigator at the Federal Communications Commission since October 2008, Elliot investigates and provides counsel on issues related to fraud, waste, and abuse within a multi-billion dollar federal program. Prior experience includes roles as an associate at prestigious law firms, such as Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP, focusing on private equity and hedge funds, and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, concentrating on mutual funds. Elliot began a career in corporate law at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, covering various areas including securities, mergers and acquisitions, and antitrust matters. Elliot holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, along with a BA in Political Science from Yeshiva University.
