Prior experience includes roles as Attorney Advisor at the FCC and Director of Federal Regulatory at AT&T, as well as Associate Director of Federal Regulation and Policy at Southwestern Bell Telecom (SBC). Michelle holds a Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Michigan.
