Gary Martin

Gary Martin is a Logistics Management Specialist Section Chief II at FEMA, where responsibilities include being a member of the Region 1 Incident Management Assistant Team (IMAT) Program, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Gary Martin served as a Colonel in the US Army from April 2018 to November 2019, acting as the Executive Officer to the G-3 (Operations) at the Army Materiel Command. Since November 2019, Gary Martin has been seeking opportunities in operations management after retirement.
