Kevin Siqveland

Kevin Siqveland is an accomplished trial attorney currently serving at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission - Office of Administrative Litigation since January 2017, where responsibilities include legal analysis and communication of complex issues to senior management and other stakeholders. Formerly an associate at Andrews Kurth Kenyon LLP, Kevin represented large commercial clients in rate proceedings and advised on capacity procurement mechanisms. Prior experience includes roles at the Commission's Office of Energy Market Regulation, where Kevin led teams in analyzing and resolving regulatory issues, and a regulatory fellowship at the American Wind Energy Association. Kevin holds a J.D. and a Master's degree in Energy Law from Vermont Law School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in German and Western European History from the University of Minnesota.
