Robert Kennedy

Robert Kennedy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in energy regulation and appellate law. Since August 2008, Robert has served as a Senior Attorney at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, holding several key positions including Deputy Solicitor for Rehearings and Legal Advisor to Chairman Norman C. Bay. Prior to this role, Robert was a Partner at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from September 1997 to August 2008. Robert obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where studies were completed from 1994 to 1997, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Boston College, studying from 1990 to 1994. Robert's foundational education was completed at Madison High School from 1986 to 1990.
