Previously, Rodney held the position of District Sales Manager at NAPA AUTO PARTS, overseeing 26 stores to enhance inventory control and sales growth in Southwest Virginia and East Tennessee. Additionally, as Sales Manager at Air Filter Systems, Rodney promoted air filtration equipment across the hospital, industrial, and automotive sectors. Rodney holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and National Security Studies from Ferrum College.
