Clarence J. Haga is a seasoned industrial engineer with extensive experience in improving operations and driving lean initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as an Industrial Engineer at Federal Signal Corporation since January 2018, Clarence previously held the role of Lean Improvement Manager at Pentair, where responsibilities included leading cost-saving and transformation activities in a $100M+ business. Clarence's background also includes positions at The Dow Chemical Company as a Production Technologist, and several technical roles in the casino industry, where leadership and technical expertise were demonstrated. Clarence began the career as a Manufacturing Apprentice at Caterpillar Inc. and holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University, along with transfer credits from Joliet Junior College.
