Shyana Tuma

Shyana Tuma is a Customer Operations Analyst at Fellowes Brands since August 2021 while concurrently working as an Independent Travel Agent for Wanderkeep Travel Group. Tuma has been a member of The Roundtrip Collective, a community for travel enthusiasts, since August 2020. In addition, Tuma serves as a Social Media Representative for Serengetee LLC, promoting their travel clothing brand and its philanthropic efforts. Previous experience includes a role as a Human Resources Administrator at Chicago Marketing, Inc., and as a Front Desk Agent at Hampton Inn and Suites. Tuma holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Roosevelt University and an Associate’s Degree from Harper College. Early work experience includes serving as an Assistant Supervisor at Schaumburg Park District and in food service at Great American Bagels.
