Bharat Murali

Bharat Murali is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in technology and product development. Currently serving in an engineering role at FERMÀT since December 2024, Bharat previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Foursquare, where leadership of a global organization of over 50 data scientists and engineering leaders facilitated the transformation of foundational data systems. Prior to that, Bharat advised startups after leaving Twilio, where tenure from 2014 to 2023 included roles as Head of Growth Engineering and founding the Growth team. Career beginnings involved software development positions at Microsoft, focusing on OneDrive product features and test infrastructure. Bharat holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
