Geraldine Boucheix

Geraldine Boucheix currently serves as the Head of Sustainable Industrial Projects at Ferroglobe PLC, a position held since February 2024. In addition, Geraldine has been the Unit Production Manager at GE since December 2020, overseeing a disassembly line and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, including Kaizen and 5S initiatives. Previously, at Ferroglobe PLC from March 2013 to November 2020, Geraldine was responsible for Technical Services management, focusing on human and financial resource allocation to achieve technical, safety, and quality objectives, as well as establishing effective preventive maintenance strategies. Between January 2009 and March 2013, Geraldine was the Production Manager at FerroAtlantica, managing multiple workshops and contributing to site safety policy through active engagement and audits. Earlier experience includes serving as a Production Engineer at FerroPem (Groupe Villar Mir) from February 2005 to January 2009, where Geraldine improved technical outcomes and ensured product quality through hands-on presence and training. Geraldine earned an engineering degree in Physico-Chemistry from Grenoble INP - UGA between 2000 and 2002.
