Helena Valderas

Helena Valderas has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Helena started their professional journey as an Assistant at People ETT in 1998. Helena then moved on to Páginas Amarillas where they worked in Selection and Development, overseeing the planning, organization, and evaluation of selection processes for all levels of the company. Additionally, they coordinated the JAPs program for young high-potential individuals within the Telefónica Group. In 2008, they joined AXA Seguros as the Head of Talent Attraction, Mobility, and Diversity, where they were responsible for international selection and mobility, as well as developing and implementing diversity and inclusion strategies. In 2012, they became a lecturer at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, teaching courses in HR management. Most recently, they held the position of Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Ferrovial, where they designed and implemented the global diversity and inclusion strategy, focusing on inclusive leadership and diverse talent management across multiple continents.

Helena Valderas completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 1998. Helena also took part in the Specialization Program in Organization and Human Resources from the same university, which ended in 1999.
