Brandon Odom is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Head of Middle School at The Fessenden School since June 2022. Prior to this role, Brandon spent nearly nine years at Thayer Academy in various positions, including Assistant Dean of Students, Associate Director of Admissions, Head Boys Varsity Basketball Coach, and History Teacher, where Brandon focused on creating inclusive communities and enhancing student affairs. Brandon also held the role of Interim Executive Director at Project R.I.S.E., leading curriculum development and staff supervision, and has experience as a Teen Advocate at the Boys and Girls Club of Boston and a Service Specialist at the Mattapan Family Service Center. Brandon holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Boston College and has dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology from the University of New Hampshire.
