Melanie Riley has a diverse work experience in the fields of machine learning, design, and sample development. Melanie started their career at Uye Surana as a Design and Sample Development Intern in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Design Intern at ANN INC (Ann Taylor | LOFT | Lou & Grey). In 2019, Melanie held the position of Assistant Designer at Aerie by AEO, Inc. and later at Komar. Melanie joined Fetch in 2022 as an MLE Apprentice and then transitioned to the role of Machine Learning Engineer.
Melanie Riley has a diverse education history. Melanie obtained their Master's degree in Computer Science from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University between the years 2021 and 2022. Before that, they received a Baccalaureate Certificate in Venture Creation from the VCU da Vinci Center from 2017 to 2019. Melanie'sundergraduate studies were focused on Fashion Design, and they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts from 2015 to 2019.
In addition to their formal degrees, Melanie Riley also obtained an AI and Machine Learning Professional Certification from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University in July 2022.
