Nannearl Brown is an accomplished researcher and user experience (UX) professional with extensive experience in various roles across notable companies. Currently serving as a Researcher at Figma since June 2020, Nannearl focuses on grounding teams' decisions in a deep understanding of user needs through collaborative research. Previous experience includes co-leading the BLX (Black & Latinx) Employee Resource Group at Thinkful while mentoring students in UX/UI design, and directing UX processes at Emma Beauty, where Nannearl led generative and evaluative research methods. Nannearl has also contributed as Lead UX Researcher at Teens Exploring Technology and as a UX Designer at Creative Spoons.
