Nate Lampert

Nate Lampert serves as the Chief People Officer at Figure since 2025, overseeing human resources for a technology platform that enhances marketplace efficiency and transparency, notably facilitating over $14 billion in home equity lines of credit for more than 160,000 homeowners. Prior to this role, Nate was the Vice President of People Operations at Bridger Aerospace from 2023 to 2025, contributing to a company specializing in aerial firefighting technology. Nate’s experience also includes serving as the Director of People Operations at Figure from 2018 to 2022, enhancing financial technology solutions using blockchain and AI. Earlier career highlights include a position as District Manager at Starbucks, where Nate managed multiple stores to improve customer experiences and growth, and a tenure of 20 years in the United States Marine Corps, supplemented by leadership development training at The Honor Foundation. Education includes a Graduate degree from Marine Corps University and a Bachelor of Arts in Intelligence Studies from American Military University.
