Pasindu Withanage has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Pasindu is currently serving as the President at FIIC Ventures since December 2021. Additionally, Pasindu has also worked at North Dakota State University (CCAST) as an HPC Systems Administrator from October 2013 to February 2015. Before that, they served as a Support Assistant from February 2012 to October 2013, where they were involved in writing user guides, providing user support, writing Perl scripts, and maintaining the system administrator wiki.

Furthermore, Pasindu Withanage founded HowAdvice.com, where they worked as the Founder & Technical Writer from July 2012 to December 2014. In this role, they wrote technology-related "how-to" guides on Linux, Mobile, and Virtualization technologies and managed the maintenance and updates for the website.

Pasindu Withanage completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from North Dakota State University from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended the American College of Higher Education from 2009 to 2010, where they also pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. Additionally, Pasindu has obtained various certifications including the Inbound Certification from HubSpot in October 2016, the Red Hat Certified Engineer certification from Red Hat in April 2014, and the Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator certification from Red Hat in December 2013.
