Adrian Roti has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, security, and facility management. Adrian is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Filtrona since June 2022. Prior to that, Adrian worked at Essentra from October 2018 to May 2023, where they held the role of Facility, EHS, and Security Manager at the Filters Division. Before joining Essentra, Adrian worked at PepsiCo for eight years, starting in March 2010, where they served as the Security & EHS Manager Hungary. Adrian was responsible for risk management, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, logistics and warehouse loss prevention, and legal compliance. Adrian's other work experiences include roles at Hilton Worldwide as Chief Engineer & Security, Gundel as Security Manager, CP Holdings Ltd as a Project Lead, and IHG - InterContinental Hotels Group as a Front Office Agent.
Adrian Roti holds a Master's Degree in Economic and Social Sciences from Nyugat-Magyarorszagi Egyetem, which they obtained from 1993 to 1998. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Security and Loss Prevention Services from the International Law Enforcement Academy Budapest, completing their studies from 1999 to 2000. In 2012, Adrian pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety Technology at Budapest University of Technology and Economics, which they successfully completed in 2013.

Filtrona became the adopted name of the successful fibres division, expanding into Asia in the 1970s and 1980s, and was then demerged from Bunzl in 2005. In 2013, the filters division changed its name to Essentra plc to reflect diversification into industrial components. In November 2022, the successful filters and tapes division was sold to new owner Centaury Management Limited.
