Manlio Niccolai is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various high-level positions. As the Head of Business and Strategic Legal Affairs, Extraordinary Operations, and Italian Subsidiaries Legal Affairs at FINCANTIERI since October 2020, Manlio has demonstrated a strong ability to lead complex legal initiatives. Prior to this role, Manlio served as Senior Legal Counsel at in2law and worked as a self-employed Legal Counsel. Manlio's previous experience includes serving as Group General Counsel & Company Secretary at Stiga, Head of Special Projects - Legal Affairs at FINCANTIERI S.p.A., and Partner roles at Tonucci & Partners and DLA Piper, among others. Manlio's legal career began as an Associate at Studio Legale Beltramo, following the attainment of a Law degree from Sapienza Università di Roma.
