Andrew Overby

Andrew Overby, ISP, currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for Patrick County Government since December 2024. Overby has extensive experience in security operations, holding multiple roles since July 2019 at the Dept of the Treasury/Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, including Chief of Security Operations and Supervisory Security Specialist. As the owner of Facility Security Solutions, LLC, operating under the DBA Hollow-Point Munitions, Overby has been a federally licensed firearms dealer since September 2013. Previous positions include Director of Security at Chenega Corporation and Corporate Security Manager at Chenega Federal Systems, among others, showcasing a robust background in managing comprehensive security programs across various sectors. Education includes training at the US Army Intelligence School and ongoing studies at the US Army Chemical School.
