Michael Perry has extensive experience in maintenance management within the paper industry, currently serving as the Site Maintenance Reliability Manager and Paper Mill Maintenance Superintendent at Finch Paper since November 2013. Prior to this role, Michael held multiple positions at Irving Tissue from January 2006 to November 2013, including Paper Mill Maintenance Leader and TAD Project Mechanical Installation Leader, where responsibilities included overseeing precise mechanical installations for TAD machinery and developing best maintenance practices through advanced techniques. Michael also managed mechanical, electrical, and reliability systems for various converting lines as the Converting Maintenance Manager. Michael's academic background includes studies at Queensbury from 1981 to 1984.
