Yousuf Syed

Yousuf Syed has worked at three different companies in their career. Yousuf started their most recent position at FINEOS in June 2021, where they are responsible for Cloud Operations and Support. Before that, Yousuf worked at Dixons Carphone from September 2020 to June 2021 as a Customer Service Representative. Prior to that, they worked at Arpan Interactive Solutions from July 2017 to November 2018. During their time at Arpan, they held the role of System Engineer and gained experience in developing web applications using JavaScript and PHP, generating business reports using Jaspersoft, and working with customer databases using MySQL. Additionally, Yousuf also worked as a Software Developer Intern at Arpan from April 2017 to June 2017, where they were responsible for customer relationship management, developing application modules, and maintaining manual test cases.

Yousuf Syed completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Software Engineering from Amity University Lucknow Campus from 2012 to 2016. Yousuf then pursued a Master of Science degree in Big Data Analytics at Atlantic Technological University from 2019 to 2020.
