Evan Nelsen

Evan Nelsen is a skilled Technical Service and Applications Support Engineer (II) at LUMICKS since August 2019, previously holding roles as a Field Service Engineer. Prior to this, Nelsen served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from August 2013 to July 2019, earning a PhD in Physics and Biophysics. Nelsen gained hands-on experience as a Research Assistant Intern at TRITON BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, LLC in 2012, where collaboration with General Motors focused on research involving hydrogen fuel cells and neutron imaging. Nelsen obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics from Rhodes College in 2012.
