Lucas Cantos

Lucas Cantos is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and meteorology. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at FINN since July 2021, Lucas has also held the position of Software Engineer. Prior to this role, experience includes being a Backend Developer and Meteorologist at Somar Meteorologia from May 2018 to July 2021, and a Scientific Initiation position at INPE, where the focus was on studying extreme weather events in São Paulo. Early career included roles as an Information Technology Technician at 360 Brasil - Marketing Digital and System Analyst at Rml Consultoria E Sistemas. Lucas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Atmospheric Sciences and Meteorology from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and an Associate’s degree from Western Kentucky University, with additional education from Senai São Paulo.
