Tommi Voss

Tommi Voss currently serves as Head of Cargo Operations at Finnair Cargo since March 2020 and has held the position of Chair of the Board at OmaValmius Oy since May 2024, where efforts focus on enhancing workplace ergonomics and driving long-term growth strategies. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Cargo at Swissport from June 2014 to March 2020, where Voss managed P&L responsibilities for cargo operations at Helsinki airport and oversaw the business transition involving Finnair Cargo COOL warehouse operations. Voss has also held various roles at Swissport, including Operations Manager and OPS Support, contributing to the development of operational processes and software implementations. Earlier, Voss worked as a Support Engineer at Finnair, handling updates and revisions for the Electronic Flight Bag. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Aalto University and a Frozen ATPL from the Finnish Aviation Academy, along with ongoing studies for a Bachelor's Degree in Biotechnology at the University of Helsinki.
