Alex Bond is the Founder and Managing Partner of FinPro, established in October 2015, which specializes in executive recruitment services for Insurtech and insurance businesses across the UK, Europe, and the USA. In 2020, Alex initiated the Leadership in Insurance Podcast to facilitate knowledge sharing among industry leaders and innovators. Additionally, Alex is a Co-Founder of We Are InsurTech Women, demonstrating a commitment to diversity and empowerment within the sector. Previous experience includes founding Meridian Human Capital, where significant international executive hires were made, managing a team at Eames Consulting Group focused on senior roles in insurance markets, and developing recruitment strategies at Hays. Alex began a career in the insurance industry with RSA, handling commercial insurance claims after graduating with a BA in Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University.
