Florencia Barrios Montero

Florencia Barrios Montero currently serves as the Country Manager at Fintual since August 2019, with prior experience as a Software Engineer utilizing the Shape Up method. Florencia was a Master Student at Instituto Milenio Fundamentos de los Datos from August 2018 to January 2021, focusing on an interdisciplinary project analyzing incivility and engagement in Chilean news forums through a BERT base classifier. At Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Florencia held various roles, including Teaching Assistant and Coach in software development courses, Evaluations Coordinator for the Introduction to Programming course, and General Coordinator of Advanced Programming. Additional experience includes an internship as a Software Engineer at Radar Escolar and co-founding ParkHere.
