Currently serving as the Manager of Production Control and Purchasing at FIO Automotive Canada Corporation since August 2008, Sheila oversees production planning, goal setting, and system implementation. Previously, Sheila held various positions, including Assistant Manager in the same department and Production Control Specialist, focusing on program launches and customer service. Prior experience includes serving as a Raw Material Planner at Canadian General Tower and a Production Control role at Wescast Industries Inc. from March 1999 to 2002.
