Darlene Daniels

Darlene Daniels currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Flaherty & Collins Properties since December 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Darlene has held various significant positions including Senior Director of Human Resources at Firefly Children and Family Alliance since December 2014, where responsibilities transitioned to incorporate roles due to a merger in 2021. Darlene's earlier roles include Human Resources Generalist at Tx:Team Rehab, Staffing Specialist at Elwood Staffing, Banker I at Old National Bank, Customer Service Associate I at Bank One, and Front End Supervisor at Kroger Grocery. Darlene holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Management from Indiana University Indianapolis and the Kelley School of Business.
