Michal Wendorff

Michal Wendorff is an experienced User Experience professional currently serving as the Director of User Experience at First Advantage since October 2022. Previously, Michal held the position of UX Research and Design Manager, VP at Brown Brothers Harriman, where responsibilities included managing a global UX Design Program and overseeing strategic product design across various banking sectors. Michal has extensive expertise in defining design methodologies, managing design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Past roles also include Lead UX Designer at Lumesse, where Michal led UX design for enterprise HR products and coached UI/UX designers. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Yellow Lab, contributing to diverse software applications. Michal holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Lodz and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Product Design from Akademia Sztuk Pięknych im. Jana Matejki w Krakowie.
