Patrick Giallombardo has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. Patrick has worked in various roles and positions throughout their career.
Starting in 1980, Giallombardo worked as an Assistant Controller/Quality Control Supervisor at Spicer & Oppenheim CPA's, where they supervised accounting personnel and prepared financial reports.
In 1990, they joined CrossLand Savings as a Loan Administration Officer, specializing in commercial real estate loans. Patrick stayed with the company until 1996.
Giallombardo then moved to KeyBank, where they worked as an AVP-CRE Service Officer and Loan Portfolio Administrator. Patrick managed portfolios for KeyBank's Buffalo/Rochester office, conducting site visits and meeting with clients. Patrick worked at KeyBank until 1997.
From 1997 to 2001, Giallombardo worked as a Compliance and Operations Manager at The O'Connor Group. Patrick provided support to portfolio managers and conducted due diligence on loan documents and agreements.
In 2001, Giallombardo joined Bank of America Corp. as a Banking Officer-Relationship/Loan Administrator. Patrick was responsible for accounting, budgeting, and covenant compliance for a diverse portfolio of commercial loans. Patrick also performed loan closings and worked with attorneys to ensure smooth transactions. Patrick left Bank of America in 2006.
Next, Giallombardo worked at CIT as an AVP-Loan Closer/Loan Portfolio Administrator/Operations Manager. Patrick handled a complex commercial real estate portfolio worth over $2 billion and actively participated in new deal meetings. Patrick was with CIT until 2008.
After that, Giallombardo joined The Provident Bank as a Senior Construction Loan Administrator. Patrick was responsible for accounting, budgeting, and covenant compliance for commercial loan portfolios. Patrick worked closely with borrowers, consultants, and loan officers to ensure compliance with loan requirements. Patrick stayed with The Provident Bank until 2013.
From 2013 to 2019, Giallombardo worked at Centennial Bank as an AVP-CRE Loan Portfolio Administrator. Patrick was responsible for loan administration and portfolio servicing for commercial loan portfolios ranging from $10MM to $50MM. Patrick handled accounting, budgeting, cash management, and covenant compliance for these portfolios.
Currently, Giallombardo is employed at First Bank NJ as the Vice President-CRE Loan Servicing/Administration.
Patrick Giallombardo pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Elementary Education and Teaching from Wagner College, where they attended from 1976 to 1980.
