Steven Zahner

Steven Zahner is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in security solutions and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Security Solutions Design and Delivery at First Citizens Bank since January 2022, Steven acts as a liaison between Cyber Operations and the business, enhancing the security posture while supporting business initiatives. Previously, Steven held several leadership roles at CIT from September 2013 to January 2022, overseeing IT security platforms and providing strategic guidance in security operations and marketing communications. Additional experience includes roles as a CMS Architect at Roundarch, Senior Consultant at Quotient Inc., Consultant at Ciber, and Software Engineer at both NBC and Fidelity Medical. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University and completed a Breakthrough Leadership Program at Harvard Business Publishing.
