Richard Keeler is an experienced design professional with a strong background in user experience and experience design. Currently serving as Vice President of Experience Design at First Command Financial Services, Inc., Richard has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Enterprise Research & Design and Director of User Experience. Prior to this, Richard worked at Infosys as Principal of UX - Enterprise Applications, focusing on design consulting and user research. Richard's extensive career includes significant contributions at Sabre Corporation, where various roles encompassed user experience strategy and design for cloud-based products and analytics platforms. Additional experience includes positions at Trammell Crow Company, The Dallas Morning News, and renowned publications such as Vanity Fair and The New Yorker. Richard holds an MFA in Design & Technology from Parsons School of Design and a degree from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
