Anirudh Kirtane

Head of Applied Research at First Eagle Investments

Anirudh Kirtane is a Senior Vice President and Head of Applied Research and joined First Eagle in May 2016. He was previously at Prudential since 2007, where he led a team that focused on fixed income strategy and manager selection and was responsible for developing the quarterly Active Management Review, which summarized investment results across the active management landscape and provided context for evaluating manager performance. He also reported to the Prudential Mutual Fund Board of Directors regarding the performance of Prudential’s proprietary mutual funds. Anirudh has a JD/MBA degree from George Washington University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
