Prior roles include Director of Human Resources at Wells Fargo Securities and Vice President of Human Resources at Bank of America. Melanie's career began with a significant tenure as a Senior HR Generalist at Goldman Sachs. Additionally, Melanie participated in global volunteer work, notably designing a group therapy program at the Red Cross De-Addiction Center in Dharamsala, India. Melanie holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Maine, a Masters-Level Diploma in Organisational Leadership from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and coaching credentials from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
