Nancy Labiner is chief human resources officer of First Eagle Investments, responsible for the firm’s global human resource function including talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, employee relations and employee engagement and retention. Prior to joining First Eagle in November 2021, Nancy spent 22 years in human capital management at Goldman Sachs, where she worked across multiple areas in human resources as a global business partner focused on talent management, talent acquisition and compensation. Previously, she was an admissions director at New York University. Nancy earned a BA in art history and French from Indiana University.
