Tia Warren is Head of Total Rewards at First Eagle Investments with oversight of Compensation, Benefits, HR Systems & Data and Payroll. Prior to joining the firm in April 2022, Tia was Director of HR Operations at Angelo Gordon. Previously she served as Assistant Vice President of HR Analytics at OppenheimerFunds and as Compensation and HRIS Manager at a national insurance defense law firm. Tia began her HR career at an international publishing company. She earned a BA in psychology from Temple University and MBA with a dual concentration in industrial and organization psychology and human resources management from Baruch College.
