Aaron M. has a comprehensive work experience in the credit union industry. Aaron started their career as a Branch Service Manager at Partners Federal Credit Union in 2007 and held this role until 2019. In 2019, they joined Parsons Federal Credit Union as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for various operational aspects such as branch operations, regulatory compliance, escheat processes, and the call center. Aaron also played a key role in finalizing a new call center platform and was part of the committee that revamped the credit union's internal intranet system. In 2021, Aaron joined Technicolor Federal Credit Union as the Director of Operations. Their most recent position is as the Operations Manager - EFT at First Entertainment Credit Union, which they started in November 2021.
Aaron M. received their associate's degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University in 2014. Aaron then went on to pursue their bachelor's degree and graduated from Brandman University in 2017 in the same field. Afterwards, Aaron continued their education and completed a master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Brandman University from 2018 to 2020.
