Kat Cheng has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kat currently holds the position of People Operations Director at First Entertainment Credit Union since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Telesign from June 2021 to January 2023, where they held the roles of Sr. Director, People Operations, Director, People Ops, Manager, HR and Talent Acquisition, and Sr. HR Generalist. Before Telesign, they served as an HR Generalist at Nexon America from June 2010 to May 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a City Recruiter at Central Parking System from August 2007 to June 2010 and as a Human Resources Assistant at Maxim Healthcare Services from May 2006 to August 2006.
From 2005 to 2007, Kat Cheng attended the University of Southern California where they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in TESOL/Multilingual Education.
