Don Gregori is an experienced Chief Operating Officer currently leading First Factory, a software development team focused on talent augmentation, custom development, and product creation since May 2017. Prior to this role, Don served as Chief Operating Officer at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included product ownership, team management, and strategic optimization of processes. Don's earlier roles included Director of Strategy and Implementation and General Manager of Operations for the Metro Region, with oversight of financial management and employee development across multiple centers. Don holds a BA in Theatre from Stony Brook University, completed in 1995, and a High School Regents Diploma from Commack High School.
