Expertise includes project implementation across various sectors, having worked with companies such as Correct Solutions and Regal Stripes LLP, where Noor served as Director for a start-up in pet boarding. Prior experience spans multiple IT administration positions at National Technology Enterprises Company and ALARGAN, alongside engineering roles at Abdul Aziz M. T. Alghanim General Trading & Contracting Company. Education includes a foundation from JIS.
