Kelly Conway

Kelly Conway, PMP, is an experienced Senior Project Manager currently supporting the Department of Energy NNSA UPF Project Office at Sigma Science, Inc. since December 2022, with a focus on cost, schedule, and risk management. Prior to this role, Conway held similar positions at Atkins Nuclear Solutions US and Management Solutions, LLC, where Ms. Conway contributed to project management and controls in strategic consulting. Conway's extensive career includes key roles at CH2M HILL as a Program Manager, leading multifaceted projects within the Department of Energy and other sectors, and serving as a Project Manager at the U.S. Department of Energy, focusing on facilitating operations at underutilized facilities. Conway began her career as a Manager at the Tennessee Valley Authority, overseeing telecommunications engineering. Conway holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
