Margaret Gardner

Margaret Gardner has a diverse work experience starting from an internship at Red Light Management, where they provided office-wide support and assisted with research projects. Margaret then worked at UCLA Conference Center and Bruin Woods Family Resort, taking on roles such as Student Staff Coordinator and Lead Recruiter. At Neophonic, Inc., they interned as a Music Supervision Intern, assisting with music research and office organization. Margaret also worked as a Music Coordinator at Format Entertainment, where they collaborated with music supervisors on major motion pictures and television series. Margaret then joined The Walt Disney Studios as a Music Licensing Coordinator, handling licensing for marketing campaigns and managing music payments. Margaret gained experience in the space industry as a Recruiting Specialist at SpaceX. Currently, they hold the position of People Operations Director at First Mode, where they oversee the human resources function.
