Andre Cunha is a seasoned Product Designer and UX Researcher with a diverse background in design and marketing. Currently working at First Orion since March 2022, Andre has successfully integrated UX research into the Design Ops team, enhancing user engagement and reducing drop-off rates. Prior experience includes leading UX/UI design at Panacea Financial, where Andre established a strong digital brand, and a marketing role at Instagram focused on creating AR filters, achieving notable outreach during the pandemic. Andre's expertise extends to user experience design for various companies, including Fiverr and BOND.AI, and a freelance social media position at Facebook, where growth in audience engagement was achieved. Andre holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's in International Business from Harding University and is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on UX Research and Design Leadership. Additional training in UX/UI design has contributed to a comprehensive skill set in creating intuitive user experiences.
