Sandra Soyland

Sandra Soyland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and risk management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as AVP of Third Party Risk Management at First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard since February 2016, Sandra has previously held significant roles such as Project Manager at PREMIER Bankcard and Senior Manager of Project Management at Capital One. Over a career that spans more than two decades, Sandra has led high-performing teams in managing complex technology and operational projects, including a major deconversion initiative. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Mathematics from Dakota State University.
