Prior to this, Kevin held the position of Plant Manager at Nobel Automotive from June 2007 to January 2009, where responsibilities included day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and budgeting. Earlier in their career, Kevin was also a Plant Manager at Dana Corporation for three decades, handling similar operational duties. Kevin holds an Associate Degree in Manufacturing Technology from Oakland Community College.
