A registered nurse, Pip has had an extensive career in the Victorian hospital sector as a clinical nurse and advocate for healthcare workers.
Pip is the Assistant Secretary of the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) in Victoria. ANMF Vic Branch represents more than 82,000 nurses, midwives and carers that work in the health sector in Victoria.
Prior to her career in industrial relations, Pip was a nurse working in both public and private hospitals in aged care and community in Victoria.
A former director of HESTA Super Fund, Pip was nominated to the Board of Aware Super Pty Ltd by the Australian Nursing Federation (Vic Branch) in 2018. Pip is a member of the Member Services Committee and the Remuneration and Human Resources Committee.
